Toronto police have released a security video Thursday in their investigation into the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man.

Homicide detectives are still looking for two male suspects in the May 26 death of John Kang.

The video shows the suspects approaching Kang and a friend in what may have been a robbery attempt.

Investigators are hoping someone will recognize the suspects and contact police.

Kang was shot outside a McDonald's restaurant near Finch Avenue East and Victoria Park when he and a friend were approached by two men, police said previously.

Kang was driven to a hospital by his friend, but he died of his injuries.

Investigators are looking for two male suspects who should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.

Both males are black and 18 to 19 years old, police said last week.

One is about five-foot-six, between 120 and 125 pounds and was wearing a baseball cap, while the second suspect is about six feet tall and was also wearing a baseball cap, police said.

Anyone with information about the homicide is asked to call detectives at 416-808-7400 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477.
