TORONTO - The Toronto Maple Leafs recalled defenceman Petter Granberg from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League on Wednesday.
Granberg, 22, has no points in three regular-season games this year with the Maple Leafs.
The native of Gallivare, Sweden native has a goal and six assists in 29 games this season with the Marlies.
The Maple Leafs visit the New York Islanders on Thursday night.
