The driver of a TTC bus involved in a fatal collision is facing charges.
Jadranka Petrova, 43, was killed when a TTC bus rear-ended a flatbed truck carrying a crane on Lawrence Avenue Aug. 30. Thirteen others were injured in the accident.
William Ainsworth, 51, of Toronto, has been charged with criminal negligence causing death and possession of cannabis.
Ainsworth had been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the police investigation.
He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday morning.
