WHITBY, Ont. - A 34-year-old Richmond Hill, Ont., man has made Interpol's international list of wanted fugitives.
Homicide investigators from Durham Region already had a Canada-wide warrant for Zaki Goffur on a charge of accessory after the fact to murder.
Goffur is now listed on Interpol's "Red Notice" list which is distributed to police forces in 188 member countries.
In May 2009, the bodies of two men from the Ontario communities of Brampton and Nepean were found in the trunk of a car in Pickering, east of Toronto.
A Burnaby, B.C., man and a man from Markham, Ont., face charges including first-degree murder and kidnapping in the case.
Durham police say the investigation is continuing.
