Jury selection is underway in the trial of two men accused of killing 15-year-old Jordan Manners, who was murdered in the hallway of C.W. Jefferys Collegiate in 2007.

Two suspects in the case have pleaded not guilty in connection with the teen’s shooting death.

Although the two accused are 20 years old now, they can't be identified because they were under the age of 18 at the time of the murder.

The trial could start as early as next week.

Manners’ death launched a school-safety probe regarding violence in Toronto high schools that eventually led to police officers being stationed in some schools.

In 2009, another student was arrested on gun charges at C.W. Jefferys.
