Toronto police have identified two men who were shot to death outside a townhouse complex Tuesday morning.

Police say the victims are Suleiman Ali, 26, of Toronto, and 26-year-old Warsame Ali, 26, of Vaughan.

The men are not related, police say. Post-mortem examinations are scheduled for Wednesday.

The shooting occurred on Jamestown Crescent, near Finch Avenue West and Martin Grove Road, at about 1:20 a.m.

Police were called to the complex when people reported hearing multiple gunshots. After scouring the area, officers found the victims, who died at the scene.

People who live in the area told CP24 they heard about five gunshots.

Police are now looking for a suspect describe as a black male, standing five-foot-10. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
