GUELPH, Ont. -- The Toronto Argonauts have signed 2016 first-round draft pick Brian Jones.
The receiver, who was selected fourth overall by the Argonauts, registered 113 receptions for 1,394 yards and eight touchdowns over four seasons with the Acadia Axemen.
He was a second-team CIS All-Canadian and AUS outstanding player in 2015 with 45 catches for 630 yards and four touchdowns
The Argonauts also signed international linebacker Nick Williams, international receiver Garrett Kidd and national kicker Zack Medeiros.
