Just when we thought we were out of the woods, an extreme cold weather alert has been issued for Toronto. The temperature is expected to dip to -12 C overnight, bit will feel more like -20 C with the wind chill.

- German prosecutors say a Germanwings co-pilot involved in this week’s deadly plane crash had a note from a doctor excusing him from work the day of the crash. The prosecutors says he hid his illness from his employer.
