A 26-year-old man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being pinned by a truck in Mississauga Saturday afternoon.
Peel police said the incident happened at a convention centre on Innovator Drive shortly before 4 p.m.
Two men were moving items on or off the truck when the vehicle pinned them both up against a wall.
One of the men was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police said Saturday night the man suffered leg and pelvic injuries and remains in hospital in serious condition.
The other worker, a 27-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified and was called to the scene, police said.
No charges have been laid.
