Man recovering after being stabbed nine times

A man is in serious condition in hospital after he was stabbed several times in Parkdale early Wednesday morning.

Police were called to King Street West and Tyndall Avenue at about 12:30 a.m. after the man was stabbed nine times in the torso.

Emergency Medical Services say the victim is in his 20s. They also say they're not sure what the victim was stabbed with.

Police are still trying to get information about suspects from the victim.
